When visiting several units, the voucher will be exchanged for tickets to each group member at the ticket desk.

For travel companies and authorized guides, we apply slot times for entry. There are a limited number of entrance tickets on sale for each slot time.

Tickets with travel company discount can be purchased on site, or a reservation can be made via email. Please use the web form at the bottom of this page. For a reservation, full voucher details will be requested. For reservations we recommend at least five workdays notice due to administrational reasons. Reservation is possible, but not a requirement.
